Prices

Please ask for a quote at info@carolinetranslation.com. We aim to reply to you within 24 hours. Over the last few years, the translation industry has undergone a significant change due to the introduction of the Internet and E mail. This means that location is no longer an important issue. Our prices are extremely competitive. Regular work and large volume work is rewarded with discounts. Prices are calculated per word for translations, per hour for Proof-reading, per hour for telephonic interpreting, per hour, half day or day for interpreting services.

In order to receive an exact quote for any of our language services, don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll be happy to provide you with a written quote including a full cost breakdown. Please email us the required details:

• Source and target language

• Execution time

• Style/area of expertise required

• And of course, as the case may be:
  • the text itself or at least a generous sample of the document to be translated,
  • details about the document you want proofread,
  • details of the event you would like an interpreter or if it is over the phone, when and how many times do you need the interpreter.

1) Our Prices

Translations:
For translations, the prices are calculated per word in the source document. The “source document” is the document you submit for translation. Our rates are as follows :

1. £ 0,07 per target word   
2. € 0,08 per target word
3. $ 0,10 per target word

Interpreting:

Telephonic interpreting:

1. £ 20.00 per hour
2. € 30.00 per hour
3. $ 40.00 per hour

Consecutive and active interpreting:

1. € 200.00 for a full day (+ travel expenses and meals)
2. € 50.00 per hour
3. We mainly cover Paris (France) and its suburbs. For other areas, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Proof-reading:

1. £ 20.00 per hour
2. € 30,00 per hour
3. $ 40,00 per hour

CAROLINE TRANSLATION AGENCY  accepts  payments in the following currencies: British Pound (GBP), American Dollars (USD) and Euro (€).
We accept payments via Paypal, Bank Wire, Cheques (Only in British Pounds and Euros) payable to Ms. Caroline Ben Necib.

Terms of payment: 30 days from the date of invoice.
